Christopher W. Wickersham, Jr. founded the Law Offices of C. W. Wickersham, Jr., P.A. and has practiced civil litigation across Florida since 2011.
His practice handles the kinds of cases that tend to be too complicated for general practitioners and too varied for boutique firms: quiet title and tax deed disputes, class action litigation, contested HOA and condominium matters, construction lien litigation, real estate fights, complex commercial disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, and federal civil rights work. He is admitted in all Florida state courts, every federal district court in Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Wickersham tries cases. Many lawyers in private practice today have never picked a jury, never crossed a hostile witness, and never argued a contested motion that mattered. That fact shows up in how cases are evaluated, negotiated, and resolved. The firm’s approach is to prepare every case as though it is going to trial, because the cases that settle on favorable terms are almost always the ones the other side knows they will lose if they don’t.
The firm represents clients throughout Florida, including putative classes in state and federal court, from its office in Jacksonville’s historic Whiteway Building.
